Warmest day of the year so far and man was it hard to complete my run. I kept telling myself you got this but it wasn't working. Fortunately it should cool off a bit. I need time to work up to these hotter days, seriously!

It was really hot here today too. Quite the shocker. I was wearing a thin sweater and was sweating! People were in shorts! I'm in New England by the way.

When I was jogging, I would usually stop when it was becoming too much because I noticed that it would greatly affect my motivation to run the next time if I kept that effort :)
