ok... so tomorrow would have been my weigh in day... but I am trying to switch to once a week weighing.
Why oh WHY is it soo difficult? I want to weigh so bad.
I think I am going to give in. I mean... why not? I have been successful in not weighing in between. I have a habit of weighing on Wednesdays and Sundays. But i don't think i am ready to give it up.

I don't understand why people torture themselves with the weigh in/not weigh in dilema. Its only a number. Yes its crap if its up but it can't be my much. And its good if its down! Its just a number and doesn't always reflect what you have been doing. So go for it, weigh yourself. If you like the number post it, if you don't, wait a day and weigh again and it will change. I think that is right... I mean... it's not like I am gonna stop this WOE. Hell.. .if I can make it after 10+ months... a little heavier on the scale isn't going to sway me.
