On a cruise ship for the past week so did OK but not perfect.
253.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 117.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How can you go on a cruise and not eat all that food? Great job staying away from all the rich foods and following your diet. Great will power!
