northernmusician's Journal, 11 April 2014

Heading north for a couple of days training. I'll try to behave myself, but there will be no cooking for myself. Calculating calories could be difficult. I'll do my best. I'll keep track of what I've eaten on paper and log it later. My guess is I'll end up eating under calories. I'll pack some early day food for protein. Carbs will come from wherever. I guess I'll manage.

Haha, Bill just posted something similar and I suggested he should read the "Primal Blueprint 80/20 rule". Google if interested. It makes sense and makes you feel better about those times when you are not in 100% control of how you eat.

'Everybody's leavin' town....' LOL - but me that is. I'm sure you'll make good choices. I would eat under calories too at first ~ before I trusted the process and things I've learned. You'll be fine.

BTW - love your quote: I am no longer food's slave. I am food's master.

*Whistles* Bella. CR. Over here!!! :D So I'm answering from duplicate threads. I don't understand CR. Why can the Canadians site get it right but the US one can't. Maybe I'm being discriminated against because I'm an audible minority, 'eh'? Bella. You're fun. No magic act, sorry. I'm studying reflexology. I want to go right through to preferred practitioner status. Then I'll likely go through a Personal Trainer course. Following that, nutrition and diet. Part of a new lifestyle.
