Feeling pretty psyched, weighed in at lowest in a long time. Looking forward to a good long workout tommorrow. Hopefully Superbowl over eating wont hit me too hard. For some reason logging in food has really cutdown my desire to snack at work. Also dont do late night eating. Hopefully this isnt a fad and I will stick with it.
