It's a comfort food day. I'm trying to convince myself I don't want a third breakfast for dinner. LOL!

I'm not sure I know exactly what that means; but, if it is what I think it is, I follow no strict rules about breakfast, lunch, or dinner either. A while back I got stuck on Cobb Salads and was eating them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (lol). This has a tendency to repeat itself, now it's ice cream it seems, but that is over, I hope. I read somewhere that the reason we eat at approximately 7,12, and 7 was to match up with the production line in factories. I can't say that I have confirmed that, but it did cause me to question things a bit. "Like most, I blame the lettuce." At times, I blame the lettuce, the cabbage, the roses, the devil, and everything and everybody else that happens to be handy. I can turn into a real loose canon when my emotions get a hold of me (lol). We are all human. But then, I stop and reflect upon things and try to bring myself around into looking at things more objectively, in the way Thích Nhất Hạnh so eloquently expresses it. The words are just a reminder to us all. I'm glad you liked them.
