OK. I usually weight myself once a week, but I decided to weight myself today to assess the damage. I lost 1.5 lbs. Which I got excited about at first, till I realized, the damage isnt going to show for a few more days. LOL. Guess no harm in enjoying it till then. And maybe by then I can already start working out again, and instead of gaining, i can just maintain. Lets hope!!!!!!

I am glad you are feeling better! There is no harm in enjoying, but I bet you will be shocked to see that you probably didn't gain anything like what you think you did. Hang in there, your chart looks GREAT and I know you will continue to do great! Get to feeling better and then you can concentrate on getting back in gear! I am with you though...I was doing so good..then I get sick, but maybe it is a sign we need to slow down. I know we both can do this! Best of luck to you! I try my best not to check my weight daily, but sometimes I can't help it. When I see a good number it makes me feel great and I tell my self let's do it again with being good on my diet and workout plan. Also I agree with you about shopping, I told my self the same thing. No new clothes until I get to 160.
