hoovering is what i call it just above goal its a process a hard and worthwhile process
still the rude people asking point blank how much have you lost oh it looks like more really what was i the good year blimp i was up there but come peeps a little less sarcasm

172.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
