One of the most exciting things about fasting is the weight loss the next day. I got up weighed myself and discovered I lost exactly NOTHING..hahaha..

I was surprised to say the least, and some what disappointed. Its funny cause last night I weighed myself and it was 2 ounces less than my last lowest weight so I thought for sure there was going to be good news. Not only did I not lose, I regained those 2 ounces I thought were lost during my sleep. LOL, Oh well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 09 April 2014:

Well that is strange. I do not see how you gained in your sleep. You have a good additude about it. Just laugh it off :) I fasted Monday and lost 2 pound and feasted yesterday and gained back .80# go figure. I have changed up my IM fasting closer to what you were telling me you are doing. Fast days 4 fat coffees 1/2 T (coconut oil and 1 T heavy whipping cream) and lots of water. Feast days I keep calories below 1000. I am going to try it this way for two weeks and see what happens.

2 lbs PHgardener, that's great. I'm not too bugged by it, I will fast again tomorrow. I can't expect to lose every single time I fast.. (or should I?) lol. But it will move again. On feast day also keep the fat pretty high. You dont think 1000 is too low for a regular feast day? I'm closer to 1200 but my max is 1350.. striving for high fat as always though. Happy feast/fast day! Today is my feast day :) love days like today. :)
