Ran a good run this morning, hit some a hill and run up it twice, I will try to set a goal to run the hill a least four times.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Had an awesome workout, ran 3 miles and a mile of that was uphill!! crushed any record that I had set for myself that day. Didn't even really want to run then I got started and could not stop, I love the challenge, more more more i say!!
