Not too happy with the ups and downs that I'm seeing - but I know it's b/c I'm weighing every day. I think I would splurge too much if I didn't weigh in every day though - it helps to keep me accountable.

I FINALLY got my '30 Day Shred' DVD in the mail last night! It only took 2 weeks. I'm so excited - the husband and I are starting it tonight. Hopefully I'll be mobile tomorrow!

Good luck with the Shred. Although I workout everyday Jillian can find your weakness! The pace is super fast, you might be sore :)

I'm with you on the accountability aspect of daily weigh ins!! I hate the ups and downs but I know me ... if I don't get on the scale I wander off to places I KNOW I ought not go!! LOL!!
