I did the Shred for the first time last night. One word - BRUTAL. I did the full workout - I was dying after about 10 minutes. I now know just how out of shape I am - but I'm so proud of myself for doing it and I'm totally ready to go again tonight!

It'll get easier, trust me. I was the same way as you when I first started doing the Shred. I'm actually thinking about giving Lvl 2 a try next week.
