2431 kcal Fat: 52.24g | Prot: 114.22g | Carb: 373.28g.   Breakfast: Pancakes, Heart Smart Bisquick, 1.5pancakes svg, blueberries, bananas, light pancake syrup, coffee. Lunch: diet dr pepper, beef barley soup. Dinner: crystal light iced tea, pork bun, hot sour soup, Teriyaki Chicken, Egg Roll with Beef and/or Pork, fried shrimp, lo mein, white rice. Snacks/Other: diet coke, gatorade, braided twists. more...
