Not feeling well today. I was doing okay this morning, but now my stomach is revolting, so hopefully I'll be able to leave work a little early. Also, no exercise today, rest is going to be needed more. Yuck! I hate having stomach troubles. Oh well, bland foods and maybe some tea will be in order this evening.

Experienced a similar situation myself last week. Rest turned out to be best. I agree that it's hard to take the time out from exercise...but it really is the best thing to do so that you can get back to your 'routine' faster. Hang in there!
