Snuck a weigh-in this morning (290.6) down another 5 lbs. Didn't log it since it was a cheat weight...I'll wait until Friday to post. In other news, C-R-A-V-I-N-G Chinese but couldn't savor the fat/calories/sodium with a clear conscience (plus, really trying to keep to 'whole foods' mantra as much as possible). So...made my own! Homemade Wonton Soup and Veggie Baked Eggrolls with a peach chile garlic sauce. Pretty, darn tasty and the family lapped it up. Wonton wrappers not low sodium, but MUCH lower end-product than restaurant bought. Yummo!

Way to go LuC2 with the weigh-in, 5lbs down is awesome. I hope for good things for the official one on Friday. And I am so proud that you made the healthier choice to make your own delicious version of dinner instead of the alternative.

Wow, sounds delicious! I would definitely treat yourself to a Chinese restaurant when you reach your goal weight. It would be something to look forward to :) I've been able to indulge sometimes, but I make sure my daily calories are still within my RDI. Amazing weight loss! I hope you will see those good results at your weigh-in on Friday too. Keep up the great work!

We'll see what Friday says...that demon scale could show me all kinds of wicked machinations on Weigh Day! :D My real wekaness is Mexican - I could eat it breakfast, lunch and dinner. My husband jokingly calls me, Chiquita. Thanks for all the support I really rely on you guys to keep me showing, going and cooking whole foods. Let's keep working on it, ya'll!
