Cold and gloomy, but not 50 mph winds, so I'm grateful for that. We also might get some much needed moisture this week so while not great for getting outdoors, it will be nice for the flowers starting to come up and maybe settle the dust so my allergies stop flaring. I would love to see some sunshine though. :)

I took my rest day yesterday instead of today. My foot was hurting and it looked a little swollen, so no workout. I wore my old shoes to run in on Sunday and my heel didn't hurt at all, just the one sore spot on my foot, so my next run I'm going to try to put the new inserts into my old shoes and see how that goes. My new shoes seem to work fine when I'm doing my indoor DVD workouts, but I think I need different running shoes. It's sad but I seem to get more excited to buy workout shoes and clothes than dress clothes and I'm not a shopper.

April 1st, so summer is just around the corner. Can't believe that in a couple of short months it will be shorts and bathing suit season. Yikes! I'd better get moving.

I like shopping for workout clothes too! I'm guilty of spending my weekends and evenings in yoga pants (or comfy clothes as my kids call them!) Hope the sun comes out soon! We had gloom and high winds yesterday. It is sunny, but cool today. . .I'll take it. I'm ready for lots of sunshine!!
