Started at 203.2, now at 196.6. Have lost 6.6 lbs. Goal was 195.2 (8 lbs.): 1.6 short. But, better than the minimum of 5 I was looking for. This is a real battle to lose a few pounds! But, at 6.6lbs/month, will reach my goal of 179lbs by May 1st! That would be awesome. Consider it done! And, if I continue to increase running mileage, I am optimistic about my chances to make it on time.
196.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
