Well, here it is again. Weigh in day. I have lost 2 lbs this week. I think my body is adjusting to the new intake and refusing to burn as quickly. The last 3 weeks I lost 3 lbs each week. Not complaining though. A loss is a loss. Hopefully I will pick up that 1 lb when I start being able to exercise. Only 11 lbs until I meet my first mini goal of getting below 300 lbs! Then I can start aiming for the next mini goal of getting below 275! I am determined that nothing will stop me and this is the first time I really believe it.
