Happy, happy, happy. After week 5 of dieting, I have lost another 3 lbs. Getting closer to that <300 goal. If rate of loss remains steady, I could start the month of May under 300 lbs and heading for my next goal of <275. I am so excited. I can honestly report not having cheated although I do have to occasionally add some prunes to my diet since all the protein and cottage cheese gets me constipated. I have not had bread in 5 weeks! Amazing! I may be switching over to a different diet, but it's hard to fight with success. I really am missing vegetables and sweet potatoes and soup though. I'm really surprised that I'm not climbing the walls for ice cream, coffee cake, bagels, etc. I do love my goodies. I'm so glad my mindset is in the right place. I am so determined to be as fit as I can next year so I can have the surgeries I want. Thanks for all the support.
