Yesterday was not a good day for resisting temptation... I wasn't awful but lots of little slipups - a few m&m's, a cookie, some wine and a not approved for phase 2 dinner...
The good thing about using all the tools FS has (like the food and exercise diary) is I'm finally getting in tune with my body and I now have proof that there are a couple days every month when my body has intense cravings for sweet and salty and its really, really hard to overcome them!!! Not to mention the bloating--- how de-motivating...
I'm a little ticked off with myself...
I WILL do better today!!!

We hosted a luncheon last week and I put a favor at each place setting. This time it was a jar of m&m's with a pretty ribbon and business card. I now have a leftover 2lb bag of m&m's in the outside freezer. You sound like me with the wine too. I developed a taste for red wine when hubby sold it for about 7 years. I am hearing things about alcohol and breast cancer so am considering dropping it but I so love my glass of wine when I get home and am cooking dinner. Why the mixed reviews of it anyway. good for you, bad for you, good for you, bad for you jeeze!
