wow... I shattered the 100kg barrier!!! go me!
Maybe I'm losing too fast, but if I get below 90kg and keep it there, I'll be all good I think.
216.4 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
