ok, here we go day 1 starting now no more messing around had my 30g of protein to start the day no fruit no sugar no carbs(from bread, rice, etc) lets see how it goes
195.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
