Well, I'm actually pretty impressed with myself, I've lost one and a half pound this week without really trying, perhaps I've just got myself trained now so I do it automatically. So, here we go I know I said I'd stop but look I'm only a pound and a half off target, and then maybe another 2 lb just to get myself to the nice round figure of 12 stones (I can't be bothered converting, its 14lb to a stone). Good work out today (720 cal) so we can do this by 16th March people its possible!!
