Good evening,

Had a great work-out this morning, then i went to cinema with kids. Kids behaved like royal brats and i was beat at the end of the day. Had a hard time eating and ate way too much chocolate. Hate myself for that. It had to do with a combination of tired and selfpitty. I learned to deal with one emotion or the other, but old hell breaks loose if the emotions team up like this... (*grumble*)

still managed to stay below 2000 kcals. So with the energy burned today i should still be ok tomorrow... I'll go to bed early today to prevent more binging. Hope my mood picks up tomorrow after a good night sleep...
