Have finally decided to give this site 100% ..i am gonna log all my food intake each and every day...and make !00% effort to get back to losing some weight again and being proud of myself and feeling good by summer...I am feeling a lot stronger spiritually and determined not to let my physical ailments and other stressors destroy my ambition...any good vibes and encouragement welcomed...thanks friends..and hope your journeys are on a good track as well...peace Darlene
