gooooooood mornin everyone!!!...mistake #1 today was turnin off the alarm clock...mistake #2 was layin in bed thinkin about gettin up...was runnin like half hour behind so had to eat my breakfast on the run as i headed out the door for a morning walk..29 here this morning..wind chill around 19...but morning walk is over ...an im gettin ready to get on the floor an do crunches ..then headed out to brians to work on a trucks transmission ...another busy day today...its gettin daylight sooner..so wont be long till the days seem nicer as well..was pretty nice yesterday even though it was only in the 30s, but wasnt any wind chill an with the sun out...was nice outside...took about 2 hours on the roof to get the work done..but was 1.5 hour drive there an back..so was a full day...i was pooped when i got home..but i drank a couple of mt.dews...an took me forever to finally close my eyes...so todays a new day an back on track flushin out the soda an burger kings lunch...and the fritio lays i had for a snack...o well...not like its an everyday thing...well need to get on the floor an get the cruches over with...then need to do a few things to get ready to head out to brians an get started ther...have a great day everyone!!!!

You have a great day, too! I wanted to turn off the alarm so badly this morning, but I got up. No worries on the lunch you had yesterday. Like you said, it's not an every day thing. Flush it out!

Hey Buddy! Sorry I have not been around lately to say good morning to you between 4:30 and 5:00 am. I promise to visit you tomorrow morning - okay? We saw on the weather channel that Chicago was getting snow and I was tempted to check your journal for a weather forecast but I just didn't have time while we were traveling. What's this about Burger King? Had a little treat - did you? Oh well. You know what to do. Get back in that ring and knock the crap out of those pounds!
