goooooooood monday mornin everyone!!!...brrr...30 with a wind chill of 21..no walk today again...not alot of time this morning gettin ready to leave to head down the road to get bck on top of that factory roof today to take the stack back down...you kinda of wonder how they find ther head at times but its attached...dumb plannin on the factorys part...but o well...exercise for me...be climbin up 3 ladders attached to the side of the factory to get to the roof..and right now that 21 thats outside here will be warm compared to what it will be there once we get in town..im guessin it will be 10 or so when we get to our destination...my buddy brian told me its suppose to be 45 there today...lol...alot of good thats gonna do me when its gonna be like 9am when we are on top of that factory...mabye by 3pm it will be 45..but im hopin to be back on this end of the road by then....im glad i go walkin in the mornings as i will have my layers on...and then some..lol...be on the roof for least 2 hours i figure...hopefully less...then the drive back...all in all about an 8 hour day...so you all have a great day...catch you tomow as i doubt i will be bck on today...

10. At Lunch Eat Fewer Calories !!!!!
11. At Supper Eat Even Fewer !!!!
12. Water !!! ..Water !!! ...Water !!!...Flush Out Your System !!!
13. Keep Track Of Your Salt Intake !!!!!
14. Taking Days Off To Rest Is Necessary... For Recovery !!!
15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!!
16. Dont Starve Your Body Of The Calories It Requires !!!!
17. Exercising Can Become An Enjoyable Experience That You Look Forward To Each Day !!
18. And Lastly ....Your Only In Competetion With Yourself...Do The Best You Can Do Everyday !!!!!
