100% cream Latte' LOL - I wonder what that would do on an atkin's diet? I don't get a lot of cravings. About once a month I crave carbs, but I lose that weight 'naturally' so I don't stress over it. The only thing I miss is my xlarge, single shot, low foam, chocolate sprinkled latte. :(

I don't miss deserts. When I want something I just eat whipped cream and berries with sweetener. It helps, but only as long as I eat enough to be full

i really missed getting a pumpkin and gingerbread latte over the holidays. i made a ton of cookies and could have cared less, but those damn lattes were on my mind :)

Triple venti caramel machiato extra hot extra caramel. That or a quad venti nonfat extra hot nowhip mocha. I hate Starbucks. The worst addiction I could have ever had. As much money as I thrown them I should have just bought the company. No joke.

I understand what you mean about addiction. I did a calorie count one day and realized that there was just as many calories and fat as in a whole day's eating. Kmartin - I really don't want to guess how much I spent at Starbucks :(
