Fat secret, I've missed you! I've been so busy lately with school, yesterday we got about 10 inches of snow so school was canceled and I decided to make chicken parm and whole wheat pasta. Bad idea I ate more than I should have and now paying for it on the scale. I know I can lose the small gain in the next two days so that's what I am focusing on. My brain is focused on skinny and no snacks! I have been recording what I eat but it's on my phone. It's helping me watch all the components of what I eat (calories, fat, protein, etc.) I know I can do this. I need to continue on the downward scale.
I am doing the biggest loser with my dad's team at work and I won along with another girl so we both got $4.50 this monday, I'm going for the full $9 this monday. I know I can do it, I have to focus work on not eating too many carbs.

Welcome back and good luck! Try to wrap up your left over dinner after getting your serving for yourself and put it away in refrig. Out of sight, out of mind!
