better day today, still haven't dealt with the family mess from yesterday, but I'm mulling it over. I'm just afraid that no matter what I do, it won't help any, which is one of the reasons I haven't followed up on it yet.
Needed "crunchy" in my day, so when I went to run some errands today, stopped at the store and got a couple bags of Pork Rinds - I just have to make sure to be careful with them lol - I have a crown that I didn't have before thanks to them...but they really satisfy the need for crunchy and salty. I even seperated the bag into serving size portions, so I don't have to worry about eating the whole thing :P Picked up a couple of really nice Swai fillets for dinner, and some shrimp for our salads - yum!
