100goodbye's Journal, 25 January 2011

Scales back up to 212 and some change. I refuse to enter as my weight. I feel great. My clothes feel better. But I know I can do much better on my eating habits. I am doing 1000% better than I was a month ago. I am doing great. I will be successful.
