Must get back on track. This always happens - I lose some of the weight I want to and then start slacking - in eating, in recording my food, in exercise. Hoping that in realizing it early I can stop the trend and head back in the direction that has worked for me so far.

I was reading your journal entry and thought I had written that. Totally happens to me. As soon as that first person comments that I look like I have lost weight I start to slack off!! I am getting control and starting again. Hope you can too!
