It looks like the "micro fasting" works really well. also have been drinking 3-5L a day, depending if I worked out. I wonder if 6lb a week is substantiable, thought I could have had a bit of a cleaner diet(cheese cake :/ )
270.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
