I went traveling with students from school, and came back totally exhausted and to changing weather. We got stuck in New York and Raleigh with snow and ice... massive sinus infection that even required xrays. I didn't gain any weight on the trip to Spain - hooray! ...but gained five pounds in the week I've been back. Thanks for the positive vibes - definitely helps!!
