D2na's Journal, 19 February 2009

ok have been working on the gazelle, and it is amazing how that actually does do something for you,, then I got that work out DVD someone mentioned on here and I did that for the first time last night... she kicked my butt... but I did 90% of it without having to stop to take a breath... it is a good work out though and I do look forward to being able to complete the 20 min with no problem and move to phase 2... but thank you whoever it was that mentioned it... :) the Jilliean Micheals 30 day shred! check it out.
I am doing all this while being under the weather and I do feel more energized in spite of feeling blah!! and I am eating on program... keeping within my points and making good choices... so moving forward again... and back on track,,, ok I have said this for the umpteenth time.. no wonder everyone around me is sick of hearing me talk about this... :)

Good for you. When you don't feel well it is hard to keep up an exercise routine. My husband got me the Wii Fit for Christmas and I am finding that I really enjoy it. Don't know what a Gazelle is but keep at it.
