ok I have to stop looking at my progress chart,,, which goes up and down and look at how I am feeling right now... even though I am sick, I am able to keep on going,, I have put in my exercise, even though it is not maximum it is more than what I was doing when I felt good... not sick... sooo I am doing pretty good and I have to just look forward and not backward... nothing like giving myself a pep talk :)
