Well my 3 day Fat Fast is over, and I have been sitting here feeling disappointed at only dropping 4 lbs and then I thought heck some people would kill to lose that in a week so I put a smile on my face and decided to keep my thoughts positive! I feel really good and am praying I can continue 1-2 lbs a week now that I will be back to regular food. Can't wait to actually sit down and have a real meal now that the fast is over. I may try the fast again next week for 3 days just to see if the results change any. My ketone levels are staying in the moderate range and I was surprised that after a 3 day fat fast that they never moved up into the large range? We are all so different, 20 of us could do the fast eating exactly what I ate and we would probably get 20 different outcomes!

thanks - so far great but of course the first few calories are the easiest to loose - I am excited this week but wonder how next week will go but for now I am focusing on this week and try hard to continue the trend
