Today has been a good day. I did P90x legs and back (just the leg part no pull-ups for me) then I ran maybe 4 miles. Not quite sure on distance b/c I ran to the freeway from my house. I'm trying to increase my stamina. Condition myself to go the distance. I also need to eat more. I have basically programmed almost everything I plan to eat today and I will still be a couple 100 cal intake short. Oh well!
