My Weight Chart:
> Well today marks my one year anniversary on Weight Watchers. It's a little bitter sweet. Bitter b/c I STILL haven't even reached my halfway point, and it's not like I had a ton to lose to begin with. I blamed this on my hicc-up in like Aug/Sept 08...but that was just 7lbs and I've been working consistently on plan again since October (4 months) and have yet to lose 10lbs since coming back on plan....so my body really is just SLOW and I'm OK with that now. There's something about my body that likes this 151-153 point, it's where I got hung up in August, so I just gotta stick w/ it until my body decides to let go. Last time I got stuck here I didn't give it time to break the plateau before going beserk, this time I know I'm doing everything right so whatever. I guess it doesn't matter if it takes me another year to drop the remaining 20 lbs since it's for life. And SWEET because I've stuck with this pretty darn consistently for a year and am comfortable in the lifestyle now. I'm very confident that once I do finally hit goal I'll be able to stay there. And in the end that's the important part of this journey, not how long it takes, but how long it lasts.

Congratulations on your anniversary! Hang in there and rejoice in the new weight you're at. And you're right, it's how long it lasts that matters, not how quickly you there or how long it takes.
