Had a good weekend all in all, lot's of learning going on about health, nutrition etc. Yesterdays meals were:

Breakfast:
egg beaters, peppers/onions, rye bread, banana
morning protein shake
coffee w/soy creamer

Lunch:
cup of chili
protein shake

Dinner:
steak, salad w/assorted veg, sweet potato

treadmill for 20 min
15 min of universal
Kept choleserol/sodium and macro-nutrients at goal ranges
Gonna drop the calories down a bit for next few days, had another gain this morning.

Looking forward to having a good week and hope all my buddies are too!
261.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks Steve - I wish that gain signified something really terrifically fun, but no such luck. I have retooled my eating plan lately and I think seeing the affects of that. I am hanging in with chin up high. Is it summer in Turkey this time of year? I see you are spending alot of time at the golf course! I AM SO JEALOUS!!!! -8 F here this am!
