I have been too busy lately to keep up with my Fatsecret stuff. Today I entered all my food and exercise for the past three days. What a pain. I need to find at least a half hour each day to do this otherwise it is overwhelming. I started the first of many home projects I will do over the spring. If they do not get done before May - they will not get done. So the pressure is on. Painted by laundry room today. Who knew that this was a excellent way to burn calories. I will try to finish up tomorrow and then it is on to the next project. My diet is going well. I am still try to catch the illusive 200 lbs mark. Hopefully, I will get there this week.

If you have a smart phone, fatsecret has an app (called calorie counter) to add foods & exercise that syncs to your fatsecret account. I say that, as I am too three days behind. :( Good luck.

Thanks Murphyv. I too have the calorie counter on my blackberry but I forget I have it. I am all caught up now.
