I am stuck! No weight loss all week despite eating well and increasing my activities. So frustrating. Still waiting to drop to 199 pounds, a place I have not seen in quite some years. Maybe I am not eating enough. Oh well it has to come off eventually so I will keep the faith.

You can stay the same for a week and then drop 4 pounds (seemingly overnight). It's normal. Patience and persistence will get you to goal. Look at how your clothes are fitting. Increasing/changing exercise can cause muscle edema (they hold water to help them heal) and can show on the scale as no loss or a gain. It will help you lose more eventually. It will happen.
