I am a stress eater. And it's not that easy to get done with it. Many years of stress eating can't be forgotten in a month or two. I felt very stressed yesterday all day long. In a result I ate twice as much as I normally ate those two months while slimming. And what's the worse - I didn't have anything healthy to grab and put in my mouth at home when I arrived. It was about midnight, when I ate up 1 chocolate candy and 1 (quite large) wafer :( Why I still had them at home??
157.9 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are still down 20lbs, that's amazing! So sorry you're stressed, hopefully it passes soon. It's ok to mess up once in a while... long as we learn from it ;-) Keep looking up!

Your doing great. I had to stop purchasing anything sweet for the house except for sugar free jello which is sweeter that regular. I have been using the jello for my sweet tooth and amazingly it is working.
