Dropped my caloric intake to about 600 a day. Ran 2 miles last night. While I did not gain anything this morning, I am quite surprised that I cannot lose anything!

You aren't eating nearly enough. If you continue on this path, it will get more and more difficult. I know this is hard to believe, but you will lose weight much more steadily and also retain muscle and also lose more fat if you eat more. You should be eating a MINIMUM of 1200 calories a day. People disagree on a lot of diet things, but this one is pretty much agreed upon by all. At your current weight, you can eat a lot more than that and lose weight. 2000 calories a day of good healthy food would be the usual recommendation (worked for me, BTW) Why are you eating so little? It isn't working, so you definitely need to think about increasing your intake a lot.
