Today is my rest day from exercise, I used to not do that but now I think that I need it as does my body. Not that I didn't get any exercise running around the gym this morning playing games with my preschool class, lol.

Depending on the exercise, you sometimes need to take a day off for recovery :) That's also what I'm trying to see right now (how much recovery is needed for each particular exercise I do). lol That's good cardio already :)
