So I guess it was menopausal water weight gain... That is a first for me. I can typically gain 2-3 pounds just from salt but not 6 pounds. I reflected on the weekend and although it was high in sodium (which I am seriously trying to quit and would love comments on how you have been able to ditch the salty stuff) I felt like it would have been that time of month if I still had that time of month. I lost the water weight just as quickly as I gained it so I guess the bananas and salad were not the true culprits, just my body in some crazy way trying to protect itself. Dunno what it was thinking but I feel better and I'm back on track.
143.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
