So yesterday I started my second week of my 30-day abs challenge and I decided to add in legs with it...who ever invented squats probably didn't have me in mind. Those were a challenge but I got thru almost all of the routine and even though I was tired I felt good. Hoping for a good weigh in on Friday.

I hear ya about the squats ... dear lord my muscles in my legs and butts are so sore : ) But I imagine thats gotta be a good thing.
