Went to a friends housewarming party yesterday evening. Over ate for the day by 364 calories (1664 total calories for the day). Supposedly still 100 under my calory needs but the scale was up by 1.4lbs this morning. =p I did, however, stick to the lent challenge that started on here of not drinking any alcohal =)
161.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe some of that weight was water weight. Did you eat salty or high sodium things? Drink lots of water today and see if that doesn't just fall back off where it belongs :)

Thank you for the comment. That's my hope. We had cheeseburgers, fries, chips and the like- so I'm hoping they were salt loaded and the water will drop back off.
