I had to give myself a break from exercise yesterday I have a terrible cold and my muscles hurt so bad I just felt crappy all day. I also took my son back to the doctor to make sure he didn't have a secondary infection on top of the mono, but they said his high fever and other symptoms were part of the mono. I didn't have to eat like I did, but i think the stress of everything happening lately was just more than I could handle and I binged all afternoon. But I am determined to do this, so I will except the fact that I screwed up, had a bad day, and its time to get back on the horse before it gets too outta control. However this morning I feel worse cold wise than I did yesterday so if I can just manage to eat right I think I'll be doing pretty good. I hate being sick, it makes me feel so weak and I don't consider myself a weak person at all. If something needs to be done, I get it done and when i'm sick that seems so much harder. But I will prevail! This is just a minor set back and I know that I CAN DO THIS!!

Just concentrate on getting yourself and your son better. And yes, stress gets us all at one time or another. Maybe put a piece of paper in your pocket and jot down when and what you eat? Would that help? It is harder to eat the way we want to when we are not feeling well. Take care.
