Had a busy day yesterday and a late night before I wrapped it up here. I haven't had time to check my BMF for yesterday so don't kkow my calorie deficit but I think I am at about -600 or so for yesterday.
Breakfast:
protein shake (coffee, choc soy, whey powder)

Lunch:
Salad, egg whites, roast beef and TOFU!

Dinner:
Pork Rib (didn't really enjoy that too much)
cauliflower, chick peas, spinach, mushrooms
1/4 of my husbands potato

Snacks:
Blueberries
3 Prunes
had planned for yogurt, flax & strawberries but it was late and I was not hungry in the least enough to eat it .

had all my water, vitamins & meds
did't get too much activity, was chained to my desk all day.

Just finished planning meals for today which will be a busy crazy day for me. will probably stay on track pretty well though.

Isn't awesome when you can say, nah, I'm not hungry, so I'm not going to eat that? In the past, even if I wasn't hungry, I wasn't going to pass up a meal, snack, etc. Way to go!!!
